Duties and Responsibilities of the Office:

• Provides accountability of the paper game sales within the County

• Issues wholesale, operator, and temporary licenses for selling paper games within the County

• Administers State Statute and Allegany County Rules and Regulations

• Assesses fines, penalties, and denials

• Suspends and revokes licenses under certain circumstances

• Maintains reports from licensees on all paper game sales and operations
