| Alltrans is designed to meet the needs of senior citizens and the disabled in Allegany County. This service can be made available to qualified patrons with an advance reservation, of at least a days notice. This transportation can be used for education, work, shopping, medical appointments, and recreation. The drivers are trained in CPR, first aid and passenger assistance.
