Office of Community Services

The Office of Community Services (OCS) works toward increasing the self-sufficiency of individuals and families and revitalizing our community.  

The main functions of OCS is to offer innovative job training and education programs through workforce development and to seek out funding sources and apply for grants to leverage funding for the County and support agencies in the community.  OCS works with local, state, federal and private agencies to ensure our Allegany County continues to be the best it can for people to work here, live here, invest here and to visit & relax.
